Itinerary

Arrive at Paro International Airport and drive to Thimphu. Check in to your hotel.  Lunch and then rest, in the evening yoga session focused on breathwork and grounding. Short orientation and welcome dinner.

Overnight: Thimphu

Morning yoga and meditation session. After breakfast, explore Thimphu: visit the Buddha Dordenma, Memorial Chorten, and the Institute for Traditional Medicine. In the afternoon, enjoy a Himalayan singing bowl therapy session.

Overnight: Thimphu

Morning yoga and meditation session then drive to Punakha over Dochula Pass. Short forest walk with mindfulness breathing exercises in Punakha. Afternoon check-in at a riverside camp. Evening restorative yoga session and group reflection.

Overnight: Punakha

Morning meditation by the river. Visit Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang. Lunch at a local organic farm. Later, drive to Paro and settle into a wellness lodge. Optional foot reflexology session or spa session.

Overnight: Paro

Early hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), a sacred pilgrimage site. Return for a wholesome lunch or on the way. Late afternoon yin yoga session to relax tired muscles. Stone bath and traditional family dinner at a Homestay.
