About this tour

Lobuche East Peak (6,119 meters) is a spectacular trekking peak in the Everest region that offers a thrilling introduction to Himalayan mountaineering. Towering above the glacial moraine of the Khumbu Valley, this peak combines the best of high-altitude trekking with the excitement of a non-technical but physically demanding climb. It’s a perfect choice for adventure seekers and experienced trekkers looking to go beyond traditional trails and step into the world of alpine climbing.

The journey to Lobuche East begins with a scenic flight to Lukla and follows the classic Everest Base Camp trail through Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche. Along the way, you’ll acclimatize while enjoying the beauty of Sherpa culture, vibrant mountain villages, and jaw-dropping views of some of the world’s highest peaks. Before the summit push, you’ll receive a hands-on mountaineering training session at Lobuche Base Camp—learning to use crampons, harnesses, fixed ropes, and ice axes under the guidance of professional climbing guides.

The summit climb itself is both challenging and deeply rewarding. You’ll ascend over snow and ice, pass rocky ridges, and use basic climbing gear as you make your way toward the peak. From the summit, you’ll be rewarded with a stunning 360-degree panorama of the Himalayan giants—Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and more.

Lobuche East Peak Climbing is an unforgettable adventure that blends physical endurance, technical skills, and the breathtaking beauty of the Everest region. Whether you’re seeking your first Himalayan summit or preparing for higher expeditions in the future, this climb offers a safe and thrilling gateway into high-altitude mountaineering.
